Homemade Air Fried Char Siew 自制蜜汁叉烧

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (or to taste)(for seasoning)
  • 1 to ii tbsp honey (or to taste)(for seasoning)
  • 2 tbsp saccharide (or to taste)(for seasoning)
  • 1 tbsp Shaoxing cooking vino (or to taste)(for seasoning)
  • 1 tsp sesame fossil oil (or to taste)(for seasoning)
  • 1 tsp ginger juice

Method :
  1. Cut pork into long strips of almost vi to 8 cm width.
  2. Combine all seasoning ingredients together with mix well.
  3. Coat pork strips amongst seasoning mixture. Cover together with larn out to marinade overnight inwards refrigerator.
  4. Allow pork to supply to room temperature earlier cook.
  5. Brush seasoning mixture all circular pork strips again.
  6. Air tyke pork strips at 200C for v minutes.
