Oven Grilled Kokosnoot Milk & Lime Masala Fish Caput 椰浆酸酐马萨拉烤鱼头

  • 30 pcs curry leaves
  • 1 large onion (peeled as well as julienned to live on served when dish out)
  • 1 reddish cutting chili (thinly sliced to live on served when dish out)
  • 2 to iii wedges Thai lime (to live on served when dish out)
  • 1 stem coriander (chopped as well as to live on served when dish out)
  • 2 tbsp kokosnoot fossil oil or other cooking oil

(tsp = teaspoon; tbsp = tablespoon) 

Method :
  1. Clean fish caput as well as rub a trivial tabular array salt on the surface as well as within of the fish head.
