One Pot Pasta Amongst White Clams, Baked Salmon Belly, Tobiko & Lumpfish Caviar



My hubby wanted me to laid upwards the salmon belly that he bought only about fourth dimension back. I didn't desire to create it the normal air frying method. I idea it would live on dissimilar to dyad it amongst white clams inwards a 1 pot pasta. My determination turned out to live on uniquely interesting. In this One Pot Pasta amongst White Clams, Baked Salmon Belly, Tobiko & Lumpfish Caviar, the flavours of all the ingredients seemed to come upwards together cohesively, giving us a harmonious even then tasty 1 pot meal. My husband's a happy human being equally he kept raving how much he'd enjoyed his salmon belly inwards this dish. And I'm happy to run into them happy.... 


Seasonings for Oven Baked Salmon Belly :
  • 1 tsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp honey

Ingredients (enough for four pax) :
  • 300 to 350 gm spaghetti 
  • 400 gm white clams (degritted, scrubbed together with cleaned)
  • 300 gm salmon belly
  • 1 loving cup of shredded vegetables (i used ice-berg cabbage)
  • 1 tomato plant (cut to wedges)
  • 1 tsp tobiko
  • 1 tsp lumpfish caviar
  • 4 cloves garlic (peeled together with thinly sliced)
  • 2 mid sized onions (peeled together with julienned)
  • 60 ml cooking cream
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pc ikan bills stock cube
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • a dash of grounded dark pepper
  • a dash of paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley (for garnishing) 

(tsp = teaspoon; tbsp = tablespoon) 

Method :
  1. Pre-heat oven at 200C, grill mode.
  2. Combine love together with hoisin sauce to brand a seasoning mixture for salmon belly.
  3. Coat salmon belly amongst seasoning mixture together with post to bake at 200C for ten minutes inwards a lined tray.
  4. Remove salmon belly from oven together with laid aside. 
  5. Boil a pot of water, add together a picayune cooking oil, tabular array salt together with laid upwards the pasta till al dente.
  6. Rinse cooked pasta through running tap H2O together with larn out to drain aside.  
  7. Heat cooking crude at medium estrus together with stir nipper aromatics (onions & garlic) till fragrant.
  8. Add a loving cup of H2O together with plication inwards white clams.
  9. Add only about other loving cup of water, ikan bills stock cube, saccharide together with a pinch of salt. 
  10. Allow to simmer for two to three minutes.
  11. Fold inwards cooked pasta, cooking cream, baked salmon belly, tomatoes, vegetables together with chili flakes.
  12. Turn to real depression estrus together with stir till ingredients together with sauce are even.
  13. Top amongst tobiko, lumpfish caviar, grounded dark pepper, paprika together with dried parsley earlier serve.
  14. Serve whilst hot.
