- 2 tbsp oyster sauce (or to taste)
- 2 tbsp dearest (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp tomato plant ketchup (or to taste)
- 2 tbsp lite soy sauce (or to taste)
- 1 tsp nighttime soy sauce (or to taste)
- 6 tbsp mirin or Chinese cooking vino (or to taste)
- 1 tsp sesame crude oil (or to taste)
- 1 tsp chili pulverisation (optional)
Method :
- Add all seasonings for Char Siew Sauce inwards a bowl together with mix well. Taste exam to your satisfaction.
