  1. Finely chop mushrooms, dark fungus, carrots, H2O chestnuts. 
  2. Cut each slice of mid-to-large sized prawns into 3. Set aside.
  3. Fold inwards chopped mushrooms, dark fungus, carrots, H2O chestnuts in addition to minced pork into a large bowl.
  4. Add seasonings into the large bowl.
