Main Ingredients :
- 1 slab of pork belly amongst peel (about 1 kg)
- 1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (or to taste)(for seasoning)
- ½ tsp Grounded Pepper (or to taste)(for seasoning)
- ½ tsp Five Spice Powder (or to taste)(for seasoning)
- ½ tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (or to taste)(to last rubbed on peel simply earlier air frying)
Method :
- To build clean too prep the meat, rub a lilliputian common salt on all sides of pork belly too rinse amongst water. If yous prefer, yous may also simmer whole slab of pork inwards boiling H2O for a few minutes.
- Pat the entire pork belly slab amongst newspaper towel till dry.

- Rub seasonings evenly on all sides of the pork belly slab.
