Other Curry Gravy Seasonings (exclude curry roux) :
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (or to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Lycopersicon esculentum ketchup (or to taste)

  • 2 tbsp love (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp common salt (or to taste)
  • 250 ml home-made or shop bought chicken broth (if actually no choice, dissolve 1-2 tsp ikan bills stock pulverization amongst 250 ml water)
  • 2 to 3 cups H2O (subject to your preferred thickness for the curry)

(tsp = teaspoon; tbsp = tablespoon)    


Method : 
  1. Heat pan as well as melt butter at low-medium heat.
