Pineapple Flavour

  • 1 piece pineapple (diced)(for pineapple flavour)
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Milk 
  • 1.5 tsp honey
  • 75 ml water

Strawberry Flavour
  • 150 gm strawberries (diced)(for strawberry flavour)
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Milk 
  • 1.5 tsp honey
  • 75 ml water

Other Requirements
  • 6 pcs ice-cream popular moulds (available at departmental stores)
  • 5 tbsp fresh grated coconut
  • Total required Coconut Milk close 150 ml.

(tsp = teaspoon; tbsp = tablespoon) 

Method :
  1. Cook 150 ml kokosnoot milk inwards a saucepan at depression heat. Stir it ane time inwards a while. Turn off oestrus at nowadays ane time it starts to bubble at boiling point.
