  10.      Start mixing at depression speed. Add saccharide slowly.
  11.      Turn mixer to high speed together with mix till work solid peak.
  12.      Combine egg whites onto egg yolks mixture inwards iii batches. Gently bend till even.
  13.      Line baking newspaper inwards a smallish foursquare cake tin.

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 50g cream cheese
  • 25g fresh cream (whip cream till fluffy alongside mixer first) 

Method :

  2.     Fold inwards blueberries together with laid upwardly till sauce thickens.
  3.     Sieve huckleberry sauce to a bowl together with let to cool to room temperature.
  4.     When ready, combine huckleberry sauce, cream cheese together with whipped cream. 
  5.     Gently bend till fifty-fifty together with creamy.
