  • 5 cloves garlic (peeled together with pressed)
  • 2 to three chili padi or bird's optic chili (sliced)
  • 1 reddish chili (sliced together with deseed; practise non deseed if you lot prefer real hot together with spicy)
  • 1 greenish chili (optional)(sliced together with deseed; practise non deseed if you lot prefer real hot together with spicy)
  • 6 tbsp fish sauce (or to taste)
  • 1/2 loving cup lime juice (from most two to three Thai greenish limes)(or to taste)
  • 1/2 tbsp Haochi all-in-one seasonings (or to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Thai chili paste
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • a handful of coriander (chopped for garnishing)

(tsp = teaspoon; tbsp = tablespoon) 

Method :
  1. Lightly stir small-scale fry all aromatics ingredients (i.e. galangal, onions, lemon grass, garlic) inward soup pot at medium heat. 
  2. Add H2O together with frozen prawn heads stock into the pot. Allow frozen stock to hold out simmered together with melted in the pot. Wait till boiled.
  3. Add Knorr's Haochi all-in-one seasonings together with fish sauce into soup.
