- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 pocket-size onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 3 chili padi (sliced)
- 1/2 stem coriander (finely chopped)
- 1 light-green chili (sliced)(optional)
Garnishing
- 1/2 carrot (peeled, thinly sliced in addition to cutting to bloom shape)
- 1 babe blood-red radish (thinly sliced)(optional)
- 1 stem coriander
Method :
