  • 1/2 tsp Szechuan peppercorns
  • cooking oil

Ingredients for Marinade :
  • 1 tsp Marmite
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp nighttime soy sauce
  • 1 tsp lite soy sauce
  • 1 tsp nighttime vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Ingredients for Sauce
  • 1 tbsp shaoxing cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp nighttime vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Marmite
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tsp corn starch mixed amongst ii tbsp H2O (to hold out added separately)

(tsp = teaspoon; tbsp = tablespoon) 

Method :
  1. Mix all marinade ingredients inward a bowl amongst chicken meat too toss till all evenly coated. Set aside for thirty minutes.
  2. In a dissever bowl, mix all sauce ingredients too laid mixture aside. 
  3. Heat wok/pan amongst cooking crude oil at medium-high heat. 
  4. Sear too brownish the chicken pieces. Set aside.
  5. Heat ii tbsp cooking crude oil inward wok/pan at depression heat. 
  6. Saute ginger slices, garlic too Szechuan peppercorns till aromatic.
  7. Toss inward dried chili too give it a quick stir fry.
  8. Fold inward sauce mixture too allow it simmer till boiling point.
  9. Turn to medium-high heat. Fold inward seared chicken pieces together amongst the marinade mixture.
  10. Quick toss all ingredients inward wok/pan.
  11. Mix 1 tsp corn starch amongst ii tbsp H2O too crimp inward to wok/pan.
  12. Stir tyke all ingredients inward wok/pan for most 1 infinitesimal or till sauce thickens.
  13. Add roasted peanuts too one-half component subdivision of leap onions, chili padi too give it a quick toss again.
  14. Transfer to serving plate/pot.
  15. Garnish amongst the other one-half component subdivision of leap onions too chili padi.
  16. Serve whilst hot amongst rice.
