Ingredients for Meatballs (enough for four pax) :
- 300 gm minced beef
- 200 gm minced pork
- 1 large onion (finely chopped)
- 1 egg (lightly beaten)
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1.5 tsp Marmite
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp grounded dark pepper
Ingredients for Sauce (enough for four pax) :
- 3 tbsp white rice flour or cake flour
- 25 gm butter
- 1 medium sized onion (julienned)
- 1.5 tsp Marmite
- 1 tbsp Worchester sauce
- 1 tbsp love apple tree ketchup
- 1 tsp sugar
- 500 ml water
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- finely chopped cilantro (for garnishing)
(tsp = teaspoon; tbsp = tablespoon)
Method :
- Fry white rice flour or cake flour inward a frying pan till it turns from white till calorie-free brown. Set aside.
- To fix meatballs, flexure inward minced beef, minced pork, finely chopped onions, egg, corn starch, Marmite, coriander powder, cumin pulverisation too grounded dark pepper inward a large bowl. Mix all ingredients evenly amongst a distich of chopsticks inward a unmarried clockwise or anti-clockwise administration till mixture turns sticky too gluey.
- Mould mixture into meatballs of your desired sizes too accommodate them on a tray. Set aside for fifteen minutes.
