Masala Oven Grilled Fish 印度马萨拉蕉叶烤鱼

  • 1/2 tsp common salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tbsp tandoori masala pulverization (can purpose turmeric pulverization to replace)
  • 65 ml kokosnoot cream or yoghurt
  • lemon juice (from two lemons)
  • 15 pcs mint leaves
  • 20 pcs curry leaves
  • 1 stem coriander (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp kokosnoot fossil oil or other cooking oil

(tsp = teaspoon; tbsp = tablespoon) 

Method :
  1. Clean fish in addition to rub a petty common salt on the surface in addition to within of the fish.
